Contract

No contract shall exist between the Buyer and Re-Find Online for the sale of any product unless and until the availability of the item has been confirmed and full payment has been successfully completed through the Website. Only upon receipt of the order confirmation and payment acknowledgment shall the transaction be deemed binding.

Re-Find Online reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refuse an order at its discretion in any of the following circumstances:

  • Payment authorization cannot be obtained or is declined by the Buyer’s financial institution;
  • The item is subject to shipping restrictions, including restrictions imposed by law or by courier limitations;
  • The item does not meet Re-Find Online’s quality control standards;
  • The item has been withdrawn from sale or is out of stock; or

In any such case, Re-Find Online will promptly notify the Buyer through the contact details provided at the time of purchase. If payment has already been made, a full refund of the amount paid for the affected item will be processed without undue delay and in accordance with Re-Find Online’s refund procedures.

Re-Find Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from its inability to fulfill an order, beyond the obligation to refund the actual amount paid by the Buyer for the item in question. Buyers are encouraged to carefully review their order details and ensure the accuracy of the information provided to minimize the risk of order cancellation or delays.

Furthermore, Re-Find Online reserves the right to cancel or restrict multiple or suspicious orders that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or intended for resale in violation of these Terms.

Payment

Items may be paid using debit cards, credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, or other payment methods as may be advertised on the Website from time to time. By completing a purchase, the Buyer represents and warrants that the payment account being used is either owned by the Buyer or that the Buyer has been duly authorized by the account owner to use it for the transaction.

All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks, fraud screening, and authorization by the issuing bank or payment provider. If the issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason, Re-Find Online shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or non-delivery of the order. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to resolve any issues with their bank or payment provider.

Prices of items are as indicated on the Website and are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Return

Should Buyers have any concerns regarding their orders, they may contact the Re-Find Online Support Team through:

Re-Find values each item with the same importance that Buyers do. However, if a Buyer is not completely satisfied with the item received, a return may be requested, subject to the following process and requirements:

  1. Notification Period – The Buyer must notify the Re-Find Online Support Team via email (refindalabang@refind.ph) within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the item. Requests made beyond this period may not be accommodated.
  2. Details Required – The Buyer must provide the following information in their return request:
    • Full Name
    • Contact Information (mobile number and/or email address)
    • Order ID or Transaction Reference Number
    • Reason for Return (with a clear explanation)
    • Clear Photo(s) of the item/s highlighting the concern or defect
  1. Inspection of Returned Item/s – Re-Find reserves the right to conduct its own inspection and verification of the returned item/s to determine eligibility for return. Items found to be defective or damaged due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, or ordinary wear and tear may not qualify for refund. Only items proven to have defects, damage, or discrepancies upon delivery will be accepted.
  2. Return Method – The Support Team will guide Buyers on how and where to return the item/s. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the item/s are securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit. Shipping costs for returns may be shouldered either by Re-Find or the Buyer, depending on the cause of the return (e.g., defective item vs. change of mind).
  3. Processing of Returns – Once the returned item/s have been received and inspected, the Buyer will be notified of the results of the evaluation. If approved, store credit, or refund (as applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.

The Support Team will assist Buyers throughout the process, provide updates at every stage, and ensure that Buyers are properly guided on timelines, requirements, and outcomes.

Eligibility of Return Item

Re-Find is committed to ensuring the quality and authenticity of every item sold through its Online Shopping Portal. However, in the event that an item is returned, Re-Find reserves the right to conduct its own inspection and verification to determine whether the item qualifies for refund under the company’s return policy.

  1. Scope of Inspection

Each returned item will be carefully examined by Re-Find’s designated specialists to confirm:

    • The presence and extent of any defects or damage; and
    • Whether such defects or damage are consistent with allowable grounds for return.

  1. Grounds for Eligibility

Items may qualify for refund if the defect or damage is determined to be:

    • Inherent to the item or a result of manufacturing defects;
    • Attributable to damage sustained during shipping or delivery; or
    • Due to discrepancies in the order (e.g., wrong item, incorrect specifications, missing components).
  1. Notification of Results

Following inspection, Re-Find will notify the Buyer of the findings and the decision on the return request. If the request is denied, Re-Find will provide a clear explanation outlining the reasons for ineligibility. Where applicable, the Buyer may request for the item to be returned back to them.

  1. Final Decision

All determinations made by Re-Find following the inspection shall be considered final and binding, provided such determination is made in good faith and in accordance with this Return Policy.
